Terms of use

Version elamur-2026-11-06. These terms cover the services of elamur.ai: the Mova parse service with its API and MCP server (mova.elamur.ai), translate, the dictionary and research. One account serves them all. What is collected, and your rights, are in the Privacy policy.

Agreement

By using a service of elamur.ai you agree to these terms. A service collects automatically what it needs to work, to keep it fair and to improve it; if you do not want that, do not use it. Signing in, API keys and MCP access need an explicit acceptance of these terms (a box to tick), recorded with the terms version and the time. When these terms change, the version changes and you are asked to accept the new one at your next sign-in; keys made under an older version stop working until you make new ones.

Services

  • Mova parse service: a page, a web API and an MCP server that parse text into dependency trees, frames and pragmatics. What it collects is listed below.
  • Translate, dictionary, research: use the same account and the same terms. Each service's automatic collection is stated on this page for that service; a service collects nothing beyond the standard web-server access log of the site before it is listed here.

What is collected automatically, why, and for how long

Mova parse service

  • The texts you submit, with the time, the page or endpoint, the language chosen, the size, the answer's status and time, whether the cache answered and, when you are signed in, your account id: to run, measure and improve Mova (the texts may be read by us and used to test and train Mova). Kept in the request log for 90 days.
  • Your IP address: for the daily word limits and against abuse. Kept with the day's word count for 2 days (today and yesterday); a short-lived rate limiter holds it in memory only.
  • Recent results: the analyses of the last few texts (a small ring of about 20 results, each overwritten by later ones), to check the service. Kept until overwritten, usually minutes to hours.
  • Short links of texts too long for an address: the text and language under its link, so the link works (and the same analysis in other formats at the API); the oldest go first (at most 20,000), and none is kept longer than 90 days.
  • Usage counts: aggregate numbers of requests, cache hits and words; no text or address in them.

Your account (all services)

  • The Google account id, the e-mail address and the display name Google shares with your agreement, the time of creation, the terms version you accepted and when, your API keys (only as hashes) and your sessions (only as hashes, 30 days). Kept until you delete the account.

The only cookies are the sign-in cookies: a short security cookie of the sign-in form, and, after you sign in, a session cookie for the whole elamur.ai domain (secure, not readable by scripts), so that one sign-in serves all its services. No advertising and no tracking across sites. We will not sell users' information.

E-mail

The e-mail address of an account is used only for the account itself: to know who you are and, if ever needed, to write to you about your account. No newsletters, no marketing mail, never passed on.

Accounts and plans

A free account gives four times the anonymous limits: 20,000 words a request and 1,000,000 words a day (anonymous use: 5,000 and 250,000), and API keys for the API and the MCP server. Your e-mail address is used only for the account itself: no newsletters, no marketing mail, never passed on. Everything is free today. We plan to earn from a paid Pro plan later; nothing is charged now, and any paid plan will be announced on the site with its own terms.

You can sign out, revoke keys and delete the account at any time on the account page; deletion removes the account, its keys and its sessions at once (lines of the request log that name its id go with the log's 90 days).

Use

Do not submit anything you are not allowed to share, personal data of others, or secrets. Mova is experimental: its trees, frames and labels can be wrong; do not rely on them for decisions about people. Limits apply (words a request and a day, requests at a time); do not try to get round them. We may block abuse, change the limits or stop a service.
